Lithuanian drupal kickoff conference

Last tuesday, on the 3rd of November, the first Lithuanian drupal conference took place in Kaunas, the Kaunas University of Technology Information Technology Development Institute. Albeit small, it was a nice event and hopefully an impulse for the growth of the lithuanian drupal community.

All talks were filmed and are now available online (IE only). They are in lithuanian, of course.

I gave a talk about drupal module development. It was an introductory talk as nobody was really sure, what people would show up at the event and if drupal users would make the majority. Hence I tried to describe the main aspects of writing drupal modules, the design patterns involved and the main APIs.
